Hello lovely kawaii enthusiasts! At Kawaiitherapy Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your adorable purchases. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it betterโ€”just like our plushies make everything better!

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. All items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

To keep everyone safe and healthy, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Beddings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cookware (for food safety)
  • Desk Accessories & Organizers (if opened from original packaging)
  • Cat House (if assembled or used)
  • Doll House (if assembled)
  • Any item that shows signs of wear or damage not present at shipping

Please note: All sales on clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  3. Wait for our approval – we’ll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address we provide (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
  5. Receive your refund or exchange once we process your returned item

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which usually takes 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we’ll process your refund!

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
  • JCB payments: 7-14 business days to process

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange tip: If you’re exchanging for a different item, any price difference will be refunded or charged to your original payment method!

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
